Terms of Use
These terms govern use of Sun State Legal Forms. Entry-stage and purchase-stage acknowledgments identify when a customer accepts the applicable version.
Self-service software
Sun State Legal Forms provides software that places customer-supplied entries into a customer-selected document. We are not a law firm, do not represent customers, and do not provide form selection, legal advice, legal opinions, recommendations, legal review, or individualized legal-document drafting. Use of the service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Your direction and responsibility
You confirm that you selected the exact document yourself and supplied every entry and selection. The software may apply clerical formatting needed to place an entry into a configured PDF field, such as date or currency formatting, without changing its intended substance. You are responsible for accuracy, truthfulness, suitability, review, signatures, witnesses, notarization, service, filing, recording, deadlines, and local requirements.
Technical checks only
Software checks are limited to matters such as format, character limits, PDF field placement, and successful file generation. They are not legal review and do not establish that a document is sufficient, complete, timely, or appropriate.
Payment and delivery
The price shown at review is a one-time charge in U.S. dollars for using the form-filling service and receiving the completed PDF. It is not a subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe. A PDF is generated only after payment is verified. The order-specific download link expires after seven days. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
No acceptance or outcome guarantee
We do not guarantee that a document is appropriate for your circumstances or that a court, agency, clerk, recipient, or other person will accept it. The software is intended to place the entries you supply into the configured fields of the selected document. You must review the completed PDF before using it.
Service availability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security events, or technical failures. If a verified payment does not produce a usable PDF because of a system failure, the remedies described in the Refund Policy apply.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, submit unlawful content, attempt to obtain another customer’s document, or use the service in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Nonlawyer disclosures
Any disclosure required by Florida’s rules governing nonlawyer assistance is provided for the customer’s information and does not itself waive, disclaim, or limit liability. Nothing in these Terms treats such a disclosure as a liability waiver.
Liability provision pending review
Any warranty disclaimer or limitation of liability beyond the specific service description and Refund Policy remedies will be added only after professional review. Products remain unavailable for public purchase while that review and the applicable release gates are incomplete.
Contact and contracting party
Questions about software operation or an order may be sent to orders@sunstatelegalforms.com. Customer support cannot choose forms or answer legal questions. The legal entity name, business mailing address, and legal-notice contact must be added to these Terms before public sales begin.
